Brian Moskowitz - President - brian@moskowitzcapital.com
Brian, obtained his MBA from Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS and then started his career at RoyNat Capital Inc., Canada's largest term lender and merchant bank. In 1999 he joined Quorum Funding as Vice President, Investments, where he co-managed a $30 million subordinated debt real estate fund. In 2003 Brian founded Moskowitz Capital employing the principles of being a "common sense" and ethical lender. Brian has loaned $85 million, mainly into Atlantic Canada and has achieved 9.8% net returns to his investors since inception. Brian has combined traditional credit methods, storybook lending and grass roots marketing to achieve exceptional results for his investors.

Andrew joined Moskowitz Capital as an Underwriter. Prior to joining Moskowitz Capital, Andrew founded and sold an Internet business as well as worked for Capgemini Consulting, Kraft Canada and Chubb Insurance Company of Canada. Andrew has a B.Comm. from McMaster University, having graduated at the top of his class, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Jenny earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics majoring in actuarial science and subsequently worked as an actuarial consultant at E&Y and as an accounting analyst at a major food processor. Currently, she is in her final phase of the CMA accreditation program. Jenny is responsible for accounting and mortgage administration activities at Moskowitz Capital.
